Leadership

Amado is a graduate of the “The Leadership Education Advancement Program” through the Leadership Development Institute at Florida International University. He is the recipient of the 2013 FIU Presidential Excellence Award in recognition for commitment to strategic, operational and service excellence. Developed skills with the FIU Modesto Maidique Center for Leadership.He is trained in public speaking, transformational leadership, and has introduced The University President Dr. Mark Rosenberg on numerous events and lead awards as master of ceremonies for the OHL School of Construction.

Proven leadership, vision and direction for web-based activities of the enterprise.  Serves as a brand ambassador and ensures that web and digital activities are based on a solid brand strategy, positioning/value proposition development, development and messaging to attract constituents in support of building the organizational brand.

Amado Gonzalez has managed and directed the activities and task of hundreds of students at Florida International University through his adjunct faculty role in Engineering, Computer Science and Architecture.  In addition lead hybrid online and in person courses by identifying new methods and technologies for delivering information to student members. Develops and deploys knowledge by leveraging multimedia technologies, such as graphics, audio, and video.

As Administrator to over 100 WordPress sites at Florida International University, Mr. Gonzalez has managed the activities, trained, supported and mentored over 50 departmental personal and students.  Exceptional Organizational skills. Detail oriented and excellent follow-through skills.Amado Gonzalez is a founding member of the “Engineering Expo” at Florida International University which attracts hundreds of k-12 students to Engineering and serves as a pipeline to the academic Engineering profession.
